This 6-week challenge will keep you motivated & accountable, with fun a new challenge each week, daily workouts & stretches you can do anywhere & a point score to keep you motivated to stay with it.

You don't need to be at mPole to be apart of this challenge, just access to a pole at least once or twice a week + regular access to a yoga mat & some blocks & straps (or things you can sub in)

Highest 2  point scores will take home an awesome goodie pack, but don't think it will be easy, you will need to put the work in, check in daily to the app & complete the related tasks & your tally will automatically grow with each task you complete.
